    • 생체 고분자의 삼차원 구조와 기능 연구, 및 치료제개발 연구

      본 실험실에서는 생체 고분자들의 삼차구조를 연구하여 이 생체 고분자들의 구조와 기능간의 관계, 그리고 이들 간의 상호작용을 이해하고 이를 통해 이들의 세포내 기능을 검증하고 질병과의 연관성에 대해 연구하고 있다. 궁극적으로 이러한 연구를 통해 세포기능조절 및 질병의 원인을 이해하고, 나아가 이를 바탕으로 한 치료제 개발 연구를 진행하고 있다.

      현재 본 실험실에서 관심을 가지고 있는 분야는

      1) 유전체내에서 핵산이 만드는 다양한 구조와 이의 기능 및 이들에 의한 유전신호 조절 작용
      2) Deubiquitination에 의한 단백질들의 stability control및 질병과의 연관에 대한 연구
      3) 저분자 화합물을 이용한 세포 전환 및 이를 이용한 세포치료제 개발
      4) 다제내성균의 독성인자 발현 조절 및 항독성제를 이용한 내성균 치료법 개발
