SUNGKYUNKWAN UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE

For graduate students who have successfully passed the thesis examination during the Spring Semester of the 2026 Academic Year and are expected to receive their degree in August 2026, but have not yet submitted the electronic file and printed copies of their thesis, the submission deadline has been extended as follows.

Please make sure to submit all required materials within the extended deadline.

1. Electronic Thesis Submission Deadline: 5:00 PM, Thursday, July 9, 2026 (Strict Deadline)

• Electronic thesis files may be submitted 24 hours a day during the submission period. However, on the final submission day, submissions will be accepted only until 5:00 PM.
• Online submission: https://dcollection.skku.edu

2. Printed Thesis Submission Deadline: 5:00 PM, Monday, July 20, 2026 (Strict Deadline)

• Submission Location: Your Graduate School Administrative Office
• Submission Method: Please visit the administrative office in person to submit your printed thesis (excluding the lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM). The printed copy will be checked for completeness upon submission.
