Prerequisite credits are not limited to the maximum number of credits per semester.

5. Application for Course Registration Increase for the 2024 2nd Semester

Please be informed that the application method for course increase has changed starting this semester. Ensure to check the details below.

Starting this 2nd semester, a waitlist number will be assigned, corresponding to 20% of the total course capacity. (ex. If the course capacity is 20 students, waitlist numbers up to 4 will be assigned.)

Waitlist numbers will be assigned sequentially from the point when the course is fully enrolled and no further registration is possible. If you do not make it within the waitlist capacity, you will not receive a waitlist number.

During the course registration period, if a registered student withdraws from the course, the next student on the waitlist will be automatically registed.

(ex1. If one registered student withdraws, the student with waitlist number 1 will be automatically enrolled.)

Additionally, during the first registration increase period, if the professor decides to increase the course capacity, registration will be confirmed according to the waitlist order.

(ex. If the professor decides to add 2 seats during the first registration increase period, students with waitlist numbers 1 and 2 will be automatically registed.)

The students who do not receive a waitlist number cannot request a registration increase directly from the instructor. This can be considered a violation of the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act.

The waitlist numbers will be valid only until the end of the first registration increase period.

If the professor decides to further increase the course capacity during the second period, the additional slots will be created independently of the waitlist, allowing all students to reapply.
