Education & Careers
  • 2001 - Present Sungkyunkwan University, Associate Professor, Professor
1995 - 1997 University of Texas, USA, Research Fellow
1992 - 2001 Chonnam National University Medical School, Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor
1992 Chonnam National University Medical School, Ph.D. (Anatomy)
1987 Chonnam National University Medical School, MD
Research Interest
I am interested in the study of the normal structure and variation of the human body, methods of teaching anatomy, and the history of anatomy. In particular, I am developing and implementing methods to open the eyes of anatomy students to CT and MR images. I am conducting research on Vesalius and his book Fabrica, which has a special meaning in the history of anatomy, and am reporting the results of the research through academic journals.
