Mesenchymal stem cell therapies have been studied in some diseases which are cancer, neurological pathologies, musculoskeletal disorders etc. as alternative option. In previous studies, MSCs were improved that they have therapeutic effect to treat various diseases. However, to approach clinical trials, it needs evidence that shows MSCs haven’t serious side effect during their migration or drug delivery times. In present, we are focused on stem cell engineering by immortalization and enucleation to minimize side effects and maximize therapeutic effects for therapy NSCLCs to brain metastatic tumor, Ischemic Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis.
